By using our website or placing an order with Mirror City, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Pricing
We aim to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in the event of pricing errors, system errors, or stock availability issues.
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be returned for change of mind. Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements and specifications provided are correct.
Product Variations
Many of our products are handmade or crafted from natural materials. Minor variations in colour, finish, or texture are part of their character and do not constitute defects.
Small marks not visible from a normal viewing distance (approximately 1.5 metres) are not considered faults.
Abandoned or Uncollected Goods
If a customer fails to respond to delivery or collection communications for 90 days from the first contact attempt, the goods may be treated as abandoned.
In such cases, Mirror City reserves the right to dispose of or resell the goods without refund or compensation. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the customer before any action is taken.
Limitation of Liability
Where customers assist with handling or installation of products, Mirror City is not responsible for any resulting damage to property or goods.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
