Delivery & Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all products and locations. In rare cases, certain items may incur additional delivery charges due to courier zoning or higher transit risk. If this applies, we’ll notify you by email with the updated charges before dispatch.
Delivery methods & time
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order in our system. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After processing, your item will be dispatched via a specialty fragile-goods courier and typically delivered within 5–10 business days. For regional or remote areas, please allow up to an additional 5 business days.
Please note that delivery companies are usually unable to call prior to delivery. Standard delivery is to ground level only (1-man kerbside service). If delivery above ground level is required, please contact us before dispatch — additional charges may apply.
Easy Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Mirror City. If you change your mind, you may return your mirror within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please contact us at sales@mirrorcity.com.au so we can arrange a courier pick-up from your address. If you prefer to organise your own return, please wait for our instructions — our team will provide the correct warehouse address for your item.
Once the returned item is received in good condition, we will issue a refund for the amount paid, less the return delivery cost from your address.
Please note that some exclusive mirrors, custom-made mirrors, pre-order, sale, clearance, and mirrored furniture items cannot be returned for change of mind. Please check Returns & Damages Tab of product page to confirm 14 days easy return.
Damaged or Lost in transit
We take care to ensure your mirrors arrive safely, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and take photos or video of any damage. Contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.
Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Professional Installation:
We offer professional delivery and installation services within the Sydney Metro area, unless otherwise specified.
Standard Service: Professional delivery and installation includes one person to bring and install your mirror.
Large Mirrors: For larger mirrors requiring two or more people, customers are expected to provide assistance with unloading, carrying, and installation.
Liability Coverage: Once the customer assists with handling or installation, Mirror City’s public liability insurance no longer covers any damage to the product or property from that point onward.
Access & Parking: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate parking space is available for our delivery vehicle, and clear access is provided for easy transfer of the mirror from the unloading point to the installation site.
Hindrance & Rescheduling: If delivery or installation is hindered due to reasons beyond the control of Mirror City (such as lack of access, parking, or assistance), the appointment will be rescheduled, and a futile fee (equal to the delivery/installation fee) will apply. This fee must be paid before the next attempt.
Route Protection
For a small additional cost, you can add Freight Protection at checkout. This is a third-party instant protection in case your item is lost or damaged beyond. You will be provided instant replacement or refund.
Our Product
Many of our products are hand-made or crafted from natural materials, so small variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of their unique character — not imperfections.
Minor marks or surface variations that are not visible from a normal viewing distance (approximately 1.5 m) do not constitute a defect.

These Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, set out the rules between you and Mirror City. By using our website or making a purchase (online or in-store), you agree to these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website and cancel your order within 24 hours. If your order has already been fulfilled, please follow our Return Policy.
