Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on most products. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may require additional time.

Standard delivery is ground-level (kerbside) service. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

Professional delivery and installation services are available within Sydney Metro (where specified).

Returns – Change of Mind

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be Unused, Undamaged and In original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom-made, made-to-order, clearance, sale items, and certain exclusive products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your mirror arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos or video evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
